Youth coaching

This coaching offer is designed for a specific audience and addresses particular situations.

For this reason, it is intentionally not highlighted on the homepage.

Having personally experienced bullying over several years, I am especially attentive to contexts in which speaking up feels difficult and confidence has been challenged.

This type of support has been requested on multiple occasions, which led me to offer it within a clear and appropriate coaching framework.

This support is coaching.

It is neither psychotherapy nor medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace the intervention of a healthcare professional when such support is required.

Who is this coaching for ?

You may be concerned if you are experiencing:

  • academic, social, or digital pressure
  • situations of bullying or social exclusion
  • difficulty setting boundaries
  • emotional or mental overload
  • a feeling of disconnect, isolation, or loneliness
  • loss of direction or self-confidence
  • relational difficulties

What we work on together

The coaching is built on a case-by-case basis, depending on the person, their age, maturity, and what they are able to work on at a given moment.

During sessions, we work in particular on:

  • putting words to what is being experienced
  • understanding what truly feels heavy or overwhelming
  • restoring clarity and internal reference points
  • regaining a sense of stability
  • strengthening the ability to position oneself and make decisions

There is no fixed program: the pace and content evolve over time, according to what feels appropriate and accessible for the person being coached.

My approach

My coaching approach is based on:

  • positive psychology (certification from Harvard University, 2025)
  • action-oriented methods drawn from the science of well-being (certification from Yale University, 2025)
  • my personal experience

These foundations allow me to offer a structured yet flexible form of coaching, adapted to the age, maturity, and situation of the person being supported, without imposing rigid methods or frameworks.

Areas of intervention
