A 10 to 12-week coaching journey, structured around 6 one-hour sessions, typically spaced two weeks apart to allow time for integration, observation and adjustment.
Meaningful change (especially when it comes to stress management and long-standing thought patterns) takes time to settle and become sustainable. That’s why this program unfolds over around three months, allowing for deeper progress and lasting shifts.
If needed, you can also book a single coaching session to reflect on a specific situation. This option includes the session only, without follow-up, exercises, or support between sessions.
