My work brings together science, experience and the human dimension.

 

It is grounded in:

  • positive Psychology (certified by Harvard Medical School, 2025);
  • action-oriented change methods from the science of well-being, including the WOOP method (certified by Yale University, 2025);
  • a diverse academic and professional background across France and the United States, in both large organizations and start-ups;
  • personal experience of expatriation and return;
  • a nuanced understanding of mental overload, whether personal, professional or linked to life transitions.

We work together, within a demanding yet human framework, to:

  • identify what overloads you and name what holds you back;
  • bring clarity to your mental space, priorities and expectations;
  • clarify what truly matters in your choices;
  • restore a way of moving forward that is more stable and less mentally costly;
  • (re)develop perspective, discernment and breathing room;
  • build an inner balance that supports your path over time.

 

I do not impose a direction ; we shape it together, based on who you are and where you stand.

Coaching individuel TAC - Retour to Clarity

A 10 to 12-week coaching journey, structured around 6 one-hour sessions, typically spaced two weeks apart to allow time for integration, observation and adjustment.
